Massimo who runs the apartments was more than helpful, and extremely nice. The feel of this hotel really adds to the experience in Erice, and the location really makes it a worthwhile stay. Modernized building of a 5 century old house, that truly makes a memorable experience.

Good staff. The boss help me to reach the hotel because is located in a streett with no access to the car. Big room and very well cleaned. All was perfect

Absolutely no complaints

Erice is an enchanting 12th century village on top of a mountain. The hotel is just a few hundred feet from the town square, so the location could not be better. The rooms have been renovated with care, and are comfortable and well equipped.

Everything met or exceed our expectations.

This is a charming bed and breakfast in the charming town of Erice. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Our host was able to make a good recommendation for dinner, where we had one of our best meals in Sicily.

Erice is not a car friendly town, so getting luggage to our place was a bit of a challenge, but the host was very helpful in this regard. We also had some difficulty reaching him by phone when we arrived. In the future I would arrange a specific time to meet.

This place is an absolute delight. Quiet (no traffic all night). A basic but adequate kitchen for self-catering; breakfast supplies were great; fridge worked!; A large shower - sheer luxury! - and a pleasant dining/lounge area. Courtyard and up the top a terrace with washing line. We could have stayed more than one night to enjoy this stylish apartment in a remarkably rubbish-free township. Very good value for money. And Massimo is a very obliging and welcoming host.

You need to inform Massimo of your eta. Find a park on the outskirts, find the apartments or phone him, and Massimo will help you park and relocate you and your baggage to the apartments.

Great apartment, ideally located in the medieval town of Erice.

NO negative comments to mention. Only some advice: Probably good to have car to stay there to go arround. Trapani is very nice as well to spend there nice evening. On Monte Erice restaurants usally close early and the food offer is a bit limited to tourist fast food.

It is a unique place , incredible to find a hotel like this in Erice ..it is well located very close to restaurants and main square... And very charming The city is amazing place and the owner is great ..he supports you to park the car and other tips ... It is not easy to find the places by car but the gps works ..avoid parking in the center try to call Maximus before arrivig to get some tips The room was very clean and cosi and heater works well in winter time

Pietre Antiche was really apartments, ours both on the ground level from the entrance courtyard, of a modernized 500-year-old house. They had full facilities, and with breakfast provided. We could walk all around the whole town very easily. Massimo, the manager, was so helpful and pleasant, speaking good English, contacting us by email and mobile before we arrived. He met us at the carpark outside the walls of the town, driving us through the narrow streets to the apartments. He recommended a good restaurant where we ate dinner. Unfortunately, we only had one night here. When we arrived in the afternoon, the town was covered in mist, with no views over the countryside nor even of the castle. But next morning the sun was shining, so we could see the castle, the sea and the mountains, but as we were leaving the mist rolled in again. Most relaxing night of our two weeks in Sicily.

Masimo was a great host. The room one bedroom and a living room with a mini kitchens was clean, modern and perfect for 2 people. Huge bath by Italy's standards. Beautiful courtyard and deck, Situated in the heart of Erice with many restaurants within walking distance.

For the price of a regular B & B, we had an apartment. The building was redone 2 years ago and everything was beautifully done. Our host, Massimo, gave us good directions and was very dependable meeting us and taking us to and from our car. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation, right at the centre of a lovely hill-top town. Very helpful owner.
